Timor-Leste Drought Operation – Evaluation Report

This report is an evaluation of the IFRC/CVTL drought response in Timor-Leste. The El Niño induced drought severely affected at least 120,000 people in Timor-Leste and the Red Cross operation was part of a coordinated humanitarian response involving multiple humanitarian agencies.
